I had pre-scheduled Joe to meet us at an RV park since we had problems with our water manifold. When we got there before we could unhook, my husband fell and hit his head on the concrete and had to be taken by ambulance to a local hospital. Joe stayed with the RV, set it up so that I could get the truck out from under it also found that we had an issue with our landing gear and slides. He stayed until 9:30 pm making sure we could get back into the camper that night to sleep. He spent time checking for parts that were needed and got the water fixed along with the jacks and slides. He took time to explain to me each step of the repair process, showing me things that had gone wrong and how they would be rectified. I am forever grateful to him for his extraordinary care of us as people and our RV as his service project. -T. M.
