I’m stranded, can you come save me? Yes, provided you are in our standard service area (25 miles from Gulfport). We can extend support beyond by the additional fee schedule outlined on the Billing page.
Will you come to my campground? Yes, provided the RV Park will allow us access. Please reach out to them and confirm that that the park permits mobile RV repair and allows RV technicians to work on-site. If they charge any fees for technician access, we are unfortunately going to have to include that in our billing. If access is denied, we cannot issue service call refunds and the $75 call fee will apply.
The guy in the next campsite called you, but I’d like you to take a look at my rig also. Do I still pay a service fee? Yes, this fee covers not only the physical support logistics, but also scheduling time and technician focus. This policy helps maintain equitable support to all of our valued customers.
I’m on vacation and just need to get home. Do you have a “just enough to make me roadworthy” level of service? Absolutely! Resue work is one of our specialties. We can safely get slides in, jacks up, and steps or awnings retracted so you can get back on the road and worry about long-term repairs at a more convenient time.
